Are the products original?

The products are original but they are old versions 2019 - 2021.
After purchasing any product from us, go to the original website of the brand or the famous website checkfresh.net and scan the bar code on the product packaging to make sure whether the product is original or not.

We also have new 2023 versions available, but their prices are higher.

Is there a warranty?

After purchasing any product from us, you have a 3-day golden guarantee. If you do not like the product or encounter any problem, you can return it according to the terms of exchange and return.

Terms and conditions of redemption

Exchange and return are the right of every customer who has purchased from us, but according to the following conditions:

1 - If you receive a product that is different from the product you ordered, we have the right to replace the product, provided that the product or the outer plastic wrapper has not been opened, and the delivery costs are on us because the mistake is ours.

2 - If you received the product and changed your mind and want to exchange it for another product, there is no problem. We can exchange it, provided that it is not opened, and the delivery costs will be borne by the customer.

3- If you received the product and changed your mind before 3 days, and want to return it and get your money back. You have the right, but on the condition that the product is not opened and the delivery and receipt costs are borne by the customer.

We, as Otrah , work as an outlet for luxury perfumes. We buy old perfumes directly from brands or through brokers and resell them at prices that are incomparable in the market.

Perfume source

All perfumes on our website are original, but there are two types:

- The first type 90%: Old versions 2019 - 2021 are filtered through our website.

- The second type 10%: Issues rejected by the brand factory, i.e. with a minor defect, such as in the box, cover or packaging. (This type is a new issue.

You can make sure that the product is original after receiving the order. There is a product barcode that you can check directly from the brand’s website or through the famous website checkfresh.com.
